Research question: How should an interface ration human attention across many AI agents doing long-running work?
Product outcome: A desktop coordination surface where agent activity is visible at a glance and interruptions are earned, not constant.

A context-aware assistant designed around the documents, communication, physical environments, and fragmented workflows of construction teams.

Research question: What does an AI assistant need to know — and how must it listen and speak — to be useful on an active job site?
Product outcome: A voice-first assistant that retrieves plans, photos, schedules, and job context for people whose hands are full.

Terminal Task Manager (working title)

A terminal-native task system that keeps planning connected to the environment where development work actually happens.

Research question: Why do developer task lists decay, and what happens if tasks live in the same context as the work — commands, files, and sessions?
Product outcome: A CLI task manager where tasks stay linked to the repository, session, and commands they came from.

A communication and campaign platform that helps nonprofits organize outreach through reusable templates, automated email, texting, and contact workflows.

Research question: How much outreach capability can a small nonprofit team actually operate — and what does software look like when it respects that limit?
Product outcome: A campaign platform where a small team can run organized, multi-channel outreach without a dedicated operations person.
